If you decide to Pick Up your forms instead of printing them, for your convenience, many of the locations you can Pick your forms Up at have Notary Services Available, and will save you time.

NOTE: The Waiver of Citation may not be filed the same day as the Petition.

Take All Forms EXCEPT The Decree Down To The Clerk. (We give you Three full copies of each form so you do not have to waste time copying them yourself).

You will return to court after the mandatory 60 Day waiting period with your Decree and Child Support Sheets (if applicable). You will then make a brief appearance before the Judge with the help of our testimony sheet (all you have to do is read it). Once your Decree is signed, you are officially Divorced.

NOTE: You may not remarry until the 31st day after your divorce is final.
